Northern Explosion

Discover Boreal Explosion , the seasoning that elevates your dishes with authentic Quebec terroir flavors. Composed of Saint-Laurent salt, Gorria pepper, and dune pepper, this unique, lightly smoky seasoning transports you to the heart of northern landscapes.

Saint Lawrence salt , extracted from the pure waters of the Labrador Current, lends a delicate marine touch, while Gorria pepper adds a subtle and refined warmth. Finally, dune pepper harvested in the boreal regions, with its woody and slightly sweet notes, completes this symphony of flavors.

These ingredients, all sourced from Quebec's terroir, combine to create a rich and complex seasoning that transforms each dish into a unique culinary experience.

Although it is delicious when incorporated during the preparation of your dishes, Boreal Explosion fully reveals its flavors when used as a finishing touch.

Let yourself be captivated by the Boreal Explosion seasoning and transform every meal into an unforgettable taste experience.
