Do you have any pre-designed gift box templates to offer?

Yes, we have several pre-designed gift box models that you can order as is or have modified.

Do your gift boxes contain local products?

Yes, our gift boxes are entirely composed of local Quebec products. We also have a beautiful selection of Eastern Townships Flavours Creators gift boxes. These are entirely composed of products from Eastern Townships artisans who are members of the Flavours Creators network .

I don't want to give the gift box right away, will it keep well?

Yes, all the products in our gift sets have a long shelf life. We don't include any perishable items.

Should I keep the box in the refrigerator?

No, it is not necessary to keep the box in the refrigerator.

Can I add a word or a card?

Of course, you only need to specify it and enter the word to add in the comment section when you check out of the online store.

I have several boxes to ship to different addresses, do I have to pay shipping fees for each one?

If the boxes have an individual value of $129 or more, we cover the shipping costs. However, if the value of the boxes is less than $129 each, shipping costs apply because we have to pay for each separate shipment.

I prefer to select the products to include in my gift box myself. Is that possible?

Of course. You simply need to select each product individually and, if you would like gift wrapping, also select the type of packaging you require.

How far in advance should I order my gift box?

For standard orders, we commit to processing your order within 2 business days. Delivery time must then be allowed.

For orders with a large number of boxes to be delivered, however, it is best to contact us to confirm delivery times.

During periods of high demand, particularly during the holiday season, longer delivery times may apply. In such cases, a note specifying this will appear on the online store's homepage.

Can I have it delivered?

Yes. We deliver almost everywhere in Canada.

For deliveries within the municipality of Sherbrooke, we can offer a fast local delivery service, possibly on the same day.

Can I have it prepared in advance and pick it up myself at the store?

Yes. You just need to select the "In-store pickup" option when you check out.
