Do you have ready-made gift box models to offer?

Yes, we have several models of gift boxes already designed that you can order as is or have them modified.

Do your gift boxes contain local products?

Yes, our gift boxes are entirely made up of local Quebec products. We also have a nice selection of Eastern Townships flavor creator gift boxes. These are entirely composed of products from Estrie artisans who are Créateurs de flavors members.

I don't want to give the gift box right away, will it keep?

Yes, all the products in our boxes can be stored for a long time. We do not include any quickly perishable products.

Should I keep the box in the refrigerator?

No, it is not necessary to store the box in the refrigerator.

Can I add a note or card?

Of course, you just have to specify it and write the word to add in the comment section when you check out the online store.

I have several boxes to ship to different addresses, do I have to pay shipping costs for each?

If the boxes have an individual value of $99 or more, we cover the delivery costs. On the other hand, if the value of the boxes is less than $99 each, delivery costs apply because we must, for our part, pay costs for each shipment made separately.

I prefer to select the products to include in my gift box myself. Is it possible?

Of course. All you have to do is select each product individually and, if you want gift wrapping, also select the type of packaging you want.

How far in advance should I order my box?

For standard orders, we promise to process your order within 2 business days. You must then plan for the delivery time.

For orders with a large number of boxes to be delivered, it is however preferable to contact us to confirm delivery times.

During periods of high demand, particularly during the holiday season, longer delays may apply. In such a case, a note specifying this appears on the home page of the online store.

Can I have it delivered?

Yes. We deliver everywhere in Canada.

For deliveries within the territory of the municipality of Sherbrooke, we offer a fast and low-cost local delivery service.

Can I have it prepared in advance and pick it up at the store myself?

Yes. All you have to do is check the Pick up in store option when you check out.
