delivery time

We promise to fulfill orders within 2 business days* or less of receipt. If this deadline cannot be met, we will contact the customer to notify them.

If a product is not available at the time the order is prepared, we will contact the customer to offer a replacement product or notify them of the additional delay.

To receive their order, the customer must allow, in addition to the preparation time by Gourmande boutique, the time required by the delivery service for delivery. This deadline will correspond to the delivery method selected when finalizing the order.

* Please note that as the holiday season is a particularly busy time, the required processing time may be longer at this time of the year. If this is the case, a notice is then added to the home page to notify our customers.
