Very versatile, this great Middle Eastern classic is a blend that is at once fragrant, acidic and slightly salty.
Often used as a finish on grilled meats, it can also be used as a dip, with olive oil and pita bread. It is also delicious with cream cheese spread on a bagel. Finally, it pleasantly enhances hummus and baba ganouj.
Ingredients : zaatar thyme, sesame, sumac, salt, anise, fennel, cumin, oregano.
