With an exotic and elegant fruity flavor, this Riesling vinegar is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Its aroma is reminiscent of lemon, cinnamon , peach , rosemary honey and black locust.
It is produced in Spain by Badia Vinagres, a family business that has specialized in producing the highest quality artisanal vinegars for over 100 years.
Sublime served with foie gras , it can also be used in the preparation of desserts.
