Gardeny sweet and sour port vinegar is produced in Spain by Badia Vinagres, a family business that has specialized in producing the highest quality artisanal vinegars for over 100 years.
It is aged for 4 years in French oak barrels and has light acetic notes and characteristic aromas.
Excellent for enhancing salad dressings, don't hesitate to use it to flavor grilled vegetables, pasta dishes, sauces for beef tenderloin or foie gras. It pairs surprisingly well with chocolate desserts.
