Merlot vinegar aged 12 months in French oak barrels, it presents a sweet and balanced fruity flavor. Its taste is reminiscent of blackberry, raspberry and violet.
It is produced in Spain by Badia Vinagres, a family business that has specialized in producing the highest quality artisanal vinegars for over 100 years.
Use it to prepare dishes based on white meat, poultry, small game, smoked fish and nuts.
