Produced in Estrie from pure water and fair trade raw cane sugar from the Peruvian Andes, this vinegar is slowly fermented in the traditional way, on a bed of beech wood. It is neither filtered nor pasteurized and thus retains all the probiotic benefits of its rich vinegar mother.

Its aromas of roasted golden caramel will enhance your grilled meats, salads and stir-fries.
