Increasingly popular with both amateur cooks and renowned chefs, verjuice is a quality natural acidifier. It is an ecological and local substitute for lemon and vinegar.

It is produced from immature green grapes harvested in early August and then pressed and pasteurized.

Milder and more fragrant than vinegar, its taste is tangy, very slightly sweet and with the aroma of grape juice and Granny Smith apple.

  • Without alcohol, without maturation and without fermentation
  • No preservatives

After opening, refrigerate and consume within three months. Can be frozen to extend shelf life (small ice cube tray).

Uses:

  • Perfect for deglazing sauces.
  • Excellent for marinating meats.
  • As a vinaigrette for salads.
  • As a beverage: one part verjuice to five parts carbonated water.
  • In cocktails/mixology.

Ingredient: 100% green grape juice.
