Real tea produced from wild plants native to the Quebec territory.
After traveling to Asia to study tea production techniques, Julien Drouin-Bouffard developed unique expertise in Quebec for processing fireweed into tea. Fireweed is a plant common to our northern territory.
The tea he produces stands out from the herbal teas we are accustomed to due to the processing techniques used. While for herbal teas, the leaves or flowers of the plants are simply dried at low temperatures, to produce fireweed tea, the leaves are withered, rolled, oxidized, and oven-dried once harvested. The result of this process is a round, flavorful, and truly unique beverage.

The original fireweed tea is processed in the style of an oolong tea, halfway between green tea and black tea.
