This salt with Nordic spices is composed almost entirely of aromatics from Quebec: sea salt from the north coast produced from water drawn from the depths of the St. Lawrence River estuary, wild porcini mushrooms from the Gaspésie, St. Lawrence seaweed, boreal herbs and a little touch of maple sugar.
All-purpose, it is perfect for garnishing sauces, roast potatoes, braised vegetables or even any grilled or simmered meat.
