The Kampot region of Cambodia is recognized for its long tradition of pepper cultivation and its unique terroir. Kampot pepper is renowned for being one of the best in the world.
Harvested by hand from February, the grains of this pepper are then dried in the sun for two to three days. They then develop aromas that are both strong and delicate.
The taste of black Kampot Pepper is intense with hints of eucalyptus and fresh mint.
