Gorria pepper is best known as the pepper that is grown in the Basque country. It is this variety that produces the famous “Espelette pepper”. This one is produced in Montérégie in Quebec.
It is quite soft and has a bright red color. Its flavor can be reminiscent of grilled pepper or even tomato.
