A delicious extra virgin olive oil produced in Greece by an adopted Quebecer and his family on a plot of his father's olive groves received as an inheritance.
Towards the end of November, the green Koroneïki olives which are used to produce this oil are picked when young. They are then pressed the same day to ensure maximum freshness.
Showing green reflections, this oil has a herbaceous and slightly spicy taste.
Offered, in your choice, in a classic glass bottle or in a magnificent ceramic oil cruet.
