A delicious extra virgin olive oil produced in Greece by a Quebecer by adoption and his family on a plot of his father's olive groves received as an inheritance.
Towards the end of November, the green Koroneïki olives used to produce this oil are harvested at a young stage of maturity. They are then pressed the same day to ensure maximum freshness.
Displaying greenish hues, this oil has a herbaceous and slightly spicy taste.
