Mavrolia black olives, harvested at early maturity at the end of November, are used to produce this succulent extra virgin black olive oil. The olives are pressed the same day they are harvested to extract the best from them.
This oil is produced in Greece by a Quebecer by adoption and his family on a plot of land inherited from his father's olive groves.
You will appreciate the sweetness of this golden-hued oil with a floral taste revealing a note of ripe fruit.
