These are Mavrolïa black olives picked when young ripe at the end of November which are used to produce this succulent extra virgin black olive oil . The olives are pressed the same day of harvest to get the best out of them.
It is an oil produced in Greece by an adopted Quebecer and his family on a plot of land, inherited from his father's olive groves.
You will appreciate the sweetness of this oil with golden reflections and a floral taste revealing a note of ripe fruit.
