Rincon de la Subbética organic extra-virgin olive oil is produced from olives of the Hojiblanca variety. Ranked among the best olive oils in the world, it has won more than 720 awards since 2004, it is the most awarded oil in the history of Spain.
Its very intense green fruity aroma will instantly seduce you. Rich in nuances revealing its great complexity, we detect notes of citrus and fruit enhanced with a herbaceous touch of thyme and mint as well as vegetal notes reminiscent in particular of the tomato plant.
With a medium intensity taste with bitter and spicy notes, this oil is perfectly structured and offers a long and persistent finish.
Preferably eaten raw, you love it with toast or fried bread, mixed or tomato salads, meats, fatty fish, gourmet dishes and all your special recipes.
