Since 2003, Rincon de la Subbética organic extra virgin olive oil has garnered over 300 international awards, an absolute record in the history of Spanish olive oil. Produced from organic Hojiblanca olives grown in the Córdoba region of Andalusia, it is consistently ranked among the best olive oils in the world.
From the first drop, its very intense green fruity aroma stands out: citrus, fresh fruit, thyme, mint, and a vegetal touch reminiscent of tomato vines. On the palate, it offers medium intensity with well-balanced bitter and spicy notes, featuring a long, persistent finish that testifies to its great complexity.
Enjoy it preferably raw to preserve its full aromatic richness: on toast, in vinaigrettes, over tomato salad, with fatty fish, or to elevate your gourmet dishes.
