To produce this delicious fragrance oil, organic Italian lemons and olives are jointly cold pressed. This method allows you to obtain a unique taste that could not be achieved using another method such as flavoring or infusion.
The result is an oil with a candied lemon flavor with a slight bitterness and a peppery finish.
It works wonders with fish, seafood and vegetables, whether steamed or grilled. It is delicious as a marinade for ceviche or chicken breasts. Finally, to obtain a sweet citrus vinaigrette, simply combine it with balsamic vinegar, champagne or port vinegar.
