Organic maple and oyster mushroom jelly
Oyster mushrooms and maple, a perfect marriage. Produced from delicate organic maple syrup and dried oyster mushrooms from a Quebec company, this jelly stands out for its slightly sweet taste and subtle aromas.
A happy accompaniment to terrines and cheeses, it can also be added to hot dishes of ham or duck breast. The jelly then melts and adds a caramelized touch.
For dessert, it is wonderful to accompany pancakes or molasses cake, gingerbread cookies or even on an apple and spice tart.
Finally, it is sublime with the Ducs de Montrichard duck foie gras crème brûlée !
Refrigerated after opening, the jelly will keep for 4 to 6 months.
