Dukkah is a tasty Egyptian mixture of nuts and spices.
A real delight for an aperitif. To prepare it, grind two parts nuts (almonds or others) for one part spices and serve as a dip with good olive oil.
The mixture can also be used to make a crispy spice crust for fish or poultry.
Ingredients : sesame, coriander, sea salt, cumin, thyme, paprika, chili pepper, black pepper.
