- PISA (Haiti): warm, spicy, and beautifully complex
- Maya Mountain (Belize): lively and fruity, for a bright finish
The texture is creamy despite the high cocoa content. No added flavorings, no artifice, just the raw material, elevated by demanding artisanal expertise.
