This bean-to-bar chocolate bar is the result of a meticulous blend of exceptional fair-trade cacaos, selected for their complementarity. Composed mainly of cacaos from the Dominican Republic and Uganda, it offers a very pronounced chocolate taste accompanied by notes of warm spices, tart berries, and caramel. A touch of cacao from the Philippines, Haiti, and Belize enhances the whole with a tangy finish.
