A mixture originating from Ethiopia, it is composed of a base of three chili peppers, to which are added, among others, two varieties of cardamom, ginger, fenugreek, allspice and pepper.
Perfect for spicing up simmered dishes, stews and stews, it is particularly good with roast chicken. Used as an aromatic paprika with meats, legumes and vegetables.
