How did you come to create your company?

Marie-Pierre and Sébastien:
We took over the business through a family transfer. Initially, our interest was fermented garlic flowers since we have a background in biology, more specifically in microbiology… and lacto-fermentation is a microbiological process.

Gourmet shop:
Which of your products is the most popular?

Marie-Pierre and Sébastien:
Our fermented garlic scapes are very popular and appreciated. Probably because they enhance any recipe without masking the more delicate flavors.

Gourmet shop:
And you personally, what is your favorite product?

Marie-Pierre and Sébastien:
Fermented garlic scapes are our favorite product for their unique taste and great versatility. But we also really like our garlic scape oil and our black garlic .

Gourmet shop:
Do you have any unusual or particularly tasty suggestions for using your products?

Marie-Pierre and Sébastien:
We love adding fermented garlic scapes to unsweetened whipped cream to accompany seafood, especially snow crab and lobster!

You should also try our black garlic to make a delicious sweet and savory salad. Add diced black garlic, apple chunks, walnuts and green onions to a lettuce of your choice. Dress it all with oil and balsamic vinegar. Simple to make but so tasty. With black garlic, the possibilities are endless!

Gourmet shop:
What do you appreciate most about being local artisans?

Marie-Pierre and Sébastien:
We are proud to participate in the local economy and have the opportunity to positively influence our environment through our production of entirely organic garlic and our various certified organic products.
