This mixture is perfectly dosed with a hint of cumin and slightly sweetened to promote the caramelization of foods. Use La Pincée Barbecue to enhance your vegetarian dishes or to lightly sprinkle your meat before cooking on the barbecue, in the oven or in the slow cooker.
Ideal with salmon, chicken, pulled or grilled pork, beef, popcorn, pan-fried tofu, grilled vegetable plates, broccoli and omelettes.
