Asian-inspired, La Claudelle Thaïe sauce is made from Quebec peppers and garlic to which sugar and organic hot peppers are added.

Sweet and slightly tangy, the sauce is at its best as a dip. Serve it with imperial rolls, rice, chicken, shrimp or with fondue.

You can also mix it with sour cream, plain yogurt or mayonnaise to make a delicious vegetable dip.
