HISTORICAL
In 1997, Lyne and Richard, passionate about maple products, founded their maple grove on woodland in the MRC du Granit in the Eastern Townships. A lot of work awaits them, the trees have never even been tapped. But the taste for working outside and the desire to create tasty and different products give them all the courage they need. They set up a small cabin and got to work.
After a few years, carried away by the pleasure of giving free rein to their imagination, they gradually added a whole range of products developed from their liquid gold: vinaigrettes, butter, sugar, caramel, jellies...
LYNE’S FAVORITE PRODUCT
Although Lyne loves all her products and prepares them with care and passion, she admits a slight fondness for her maple jelly with oyster mushrooms . It was following a happy meeting with a mushroom producer that the idea for the product came to him. Why not combine oyster mushrooms and maple jelly? Especially since oyster mushrooms grow naturally on maple wood. For her, it was obvious, the perfect marriage! For us, it is a delight to discover and enjoy.
