Curried Mango Dip

Here's a dip that's simple to prepare, tasty to enjoy and perfect when you want to serve an out-of-the-ordinary appetizer.

This recipe is brought to us by Natalie, owner of the company Le Petit Chaperon rouge in Coaticook which specializes in the production of high-end condiments.

Quantity: 1 ¼ cups dip
Refrigeration time: 2 hours

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. tsp curry spice blend*
  • 2 tbsp. 1 tbsp mango chutney
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh coriander

Preparation

    1. Mix sour cream or yogurt, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
    2. Add the spice blend and chutney.
    3. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
    4. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
