Here's a dip that's simple to prepare, tasty to enjoy and perfect when you want to serve an out-of-the-ordinary appetizer.

Quantity: 1 ¼ cups dip
Refrigeration time: 2 hours
Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. tsp curry spice blend*
- 2 tbsp. 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh coriander
Preparation
- Mix sour cream or yogurt, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Add the spice blend and chutney.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
