Catherine is passionate about good food and good wines and is a proud ambassador of Quebec products.
After studying pastry and catering and a few years of work in the field, she flew to Australia where she had the pleasure of visiting numerous vineyards. Captivated by this new world, upon her return to the country in 2003, she began training in sommelier training at the Center du 24 Juin.
Since then, her passion has never left her and she wants to share it with as many people as possible. She even created a company for this purpose: Le Raisin Fût .

Catherine offers several services that she personalizes to suit her clients. Do you want to organize a wine and cheese, beer and cheese, port and chocolate evening? No worries, she will take care of everything for you. You only have to bring together a minimum of eight people and Catherine will come for you. Everything is included: drinks, food, glasses, plates, utensils and as a bonus a contagious good mood.
From July to September, it also offers its customers excursions to the vineyards of the Eastern Townships, Montérégie and even Île d'Orléans. For a whole day, she accompanies her guests from one vineyard to another to help them discover all the richness of our terroir.
Enticing isn't it? So whatever the event or the context: a birthday to celebrate, a party with friends, a meeting of work colleagues... Catherine will always find the best formula to help you enjoy wines and other alcohols in a good mood.
Would you like to meet her? Catherine will be with us on November 17, during the Preview of Christmas Tasting Day at the Comptoir gourmand du Centro.
