Would you like to prepare your own salmon gravlax, this great classic of Scandinavian gastronomy? With this mixture from La Pincée, you will obtain a tender and creamy salmon with subtly aniseed aromas.

Simple to use, the dosage is in the pot. In fact, all you have to do is cover the flesh of a piece of salmon with part of the marinade and place it in a deep dish in the fridge for the magic to work. Allow two to three days, depending on the thickness of the piece, for the salmon to release its water and allow itself to be infused with the aromas of grilled herbs and spices that the mixture offers. You can use the mixture with trout, salmon and arctic char.

Gravlax is enjoyed thinly sliced ​​as a starter on thin crackers with a dash of dill sauce or as a main meal accompanied by your best potato gratin, fine pickles and a crunchy salad.
